Ted Brown permitted to take pictures of kids at Community Centre Pool and post them on The World Wide Web. January 5th, 2006 Halton Hills - Georgetown: The Town of Halton Hills permits The Georgetown Independent photographer Ted Brown to take pictures of kids swimming at the Gellert community Centre pool and post them on the World Wide Web, but when a private citizen took pictures of safety hazards that existed at the Gellert Community Centre, with no people in them, and forwarded them of to The Toronto Star, the Town of Halton Hills Parks and Recreation Director Terry Alyman suspended the community member from using the facility for three months. |
