Perhaps it time we sent a message to Council, that we elected you to govern our municipality, not act as charity givers in regions far beyond your jurisdiction, to tax deductible organizations who conveniently withhold administrative levies to distribute our money, where Council deems fit. Charity is a private personal act. Stop playing God with our tax dollars and focus on the job.
