Halton Hills Canada Day Parade in Glen Williams

Halton Hills - Acton: The Halton Hills Canada Day Parade went off without a hitch last Friday in the picturesque community of Glen Williams. Sweltering temperatures didn't dissuade the estimated 2500-3000 spectators who came to watch the patriotic procession.

Notable dignitaries who took part in the parade were, Michael Chong and family, Mayor Rick Bonnette with his wife Josey of Acton's BIA committee, Councillors Mike Davis, Bryan Lewis, Clark Somerville and Joan Robson waved their way through the procession.
